Creative Facility Management, Inc. (CFM) was incorporated in December 2000 to provide the facilities management industry a single source in acquiring professional assistance in all aspects of the trade. Our business model is quite simple; we have a small professional staff and a series of specialists to provide any required facility management service. Based in Peachtree City, Georgia, the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business has provided consulting assistance to such entities as the Centers for Disease Control, Department of National Defense, Canada, NISH, U.S. Army Military Academy at West Point, New York, Orange County Fire Authority, Department of Defense Schools (Condition Assessments) and The Home Depot. We have been successful in the A-76 arena as the creator of engineering organizations utilized by contractors and assisting in-house workforces in developing High Performance Organizations to compete with industry. Our successes include: Fort Polk, Louisiana, DPW, Hawaii, Fort Hunter Liggett whole base study, NAVCOM Northwest engineering, Pearl Harbor FISC, and the DOL at the United States Army Military Academy. In 2003 CFM embarked on developing user friendly high performance software to assist the industry in managing the resources incumbent to the trade. Our company has developed facility management software (FMCT) which was utilized by Canadian Forces deployed in Bosnia and Afghanistan. In July of 2004, CFM was awarded an ongoing contract to provide Project Management to Home Depot in support of a regional HVAC replacement program. CFM is currently working with Home Depot to assist in developing a nationwide HVAC Inspection Program, life cycle analysis and project management. CFM is a forward looking company capable of providing outstanding professional assistance in any facet of facilities or project management.
