Our company has been involved in A-76 studies for the past seven years. Our specialties include performance measurement, application of best industry practices, customer satisfaction and process improvement. Our main product is providing the in-house workforce with an industry perspective on how a contractor would bid the statement of work. We couple our knowledge of facilities management, industry best practices and process and productivity improvement to develop a most efficient organization. On the contractor side, we develop engineering organizations to assist the contractor in winning the bid. CFM has developed a high performance organizational model which we use in both cases to develop an organization that is efficient and still capable of providing a quality product to the customer.
