Creative Facility Management, Inc. will conduct condition assessments based on the criteria identified by the customer. They can be focused on a whole facility method, mechanical systems or those areas of interest to management that affect the facility perspective by customers. The assessments will be conducted by a team of qualified inspectors to determine the condition of identified stores. The inspections will be non-intrusive and will observe, record and document identified conditions. The deliverable will be in an electronic report format agreed to by both parties and will have supporting data such as associated costs for corrective actions required and digital photographs of identified deficiencies. CFM has been assisting Department of Defense Schools in providing these and other services.
