Facilities management is a vast user of resources both human and material. In order to significantly increase productivity a company or organization must understand the interrelationship of both the human and the material components of their business and their interaction through various processes. While some companies may attempt to increase productivity by focusing only on one or the other aspect of these resources, most realize that true productivity improvement can only be achieved by looking at both in tandem. Creative Facility Management, Inc. has developed a process, High Performance Organization® Review which focuses on the entire organization and all of its resources, to improve productivity and profitability.

The High Performance Organization® Review is a coordinated business process that defines and uses accurate measurements of current business outputs to establish how an organization or company compares to similar organizations in overall productivity measurement. After compilation of a number of metrics, all ongoing processes are reviewed and the existing organizational structure examined in order to determine where and how improvements could be implemented. Concurrently, improved use of existing technology is examined and recommendations are made on how to increase productivity by applying proven current and emerging technologies.

The outcome or product of the High Performance Organization® Review is a set of recommendations that will include a corporate transformation concept, Human and Material improvements, process improvements, and best business practices that should be adopted.
