Creative Facility Management, Inc. has the capability to provide project management services for all events associated with facilities. Some areas of expertise include: capital improvement projects, mechanical system replacements, energy management programs, strategic infrastructure growth programs, building enhancement projects, data or information gathering projects and infrastructure evaluation programs. Our business model is simple and starts with the project manager being technically competent in the area being requested. We have provided the following for The Home Depot: develop specifications, administer bid documents, provide customer interface with store manager and vendors, coordinate timely delivery of materials, safety instruction and coordination, resolution of issues on site during installation, acceptance inspection, quality feedback survey and full documentation of the process. In addition, we have developed an inspection program which provides both condition assessment and life cycle analysis of both mechanical and utility costs associated with providing maximum capability at the lowest effective cost.
